Disney Quest Question

I have a quick quesiton about Disney Quest... I used a code and got free park hopper and Waterpark and disney quest admissions. Once inside of DQ, Do we have to pay to play the games? or is everything free????

The games are free (Pirates, Jungle Cruise, Magic Carpet, ect.). There are also stations where you can make crazy self portraits, toys, and music cds that you can purchase. It's a neat place but pretty crowded. An afternoon is more than enough to spend there.

Only thing that is extra is food & Merchandise.

Rule of thumb is items you can take with you (like make your own CDs) cost extra. (As does food and drink.)
I don't know if they are still there, but for whatever reason there use to be an occasional regular pinball machine that also cost extra. Not surprisingly I don't recall ever seeing anyone play those.

And unless they have moved it, one of the original WDW penny press machines is on the first floor between the gift shop and DQ exit.

We usually just head straight for Pirates and I don't pay much attention to anything else any more.

The pinball machines and old arcade video games have coin slots on them, but you don't need to put a coin in to play. Just press the credit button and you're good to go!
