disney provided toiletries/hair dryer?

Do I need to pack shampoo/soap or is it provided...same for the hair dryers- are they in each bathroom? Thanks for the help..trying to pack as light as possible...

Yes, shampoo, soap and a hair dryer are provided.
Some on these boards have found the dryer weak, so you may want to bring your own with an extension cord.
My 13 daughter, with long, thick hair, and my wife, with long thin hair had no problems with the built in hair dryer in the cabin.

We were on the 6/26 Magic. They have a hair dryer and it was sufficient for us since none of our family members have thick or long hair. If your the opposite, you may want to pack a stronger unit but bring an extension cord.

There are some toiletries but they wouldn't have sufficed for us. We bring our own supplies.

You also may want to consider packing a small night light for the bathroom.

I have really thick hair and bring my own toiletries and hair dryer. The shampoo and conditioner is not the best and it tends to dry out my hair. Also, like it was mentioned, the hair dryer is really weak and it took me twice as long to dry my hair than usual. But it's fine for my DH and DS.

For the three of us the toiletries were fine. We seemed to have more than enough of the toiletries and ended up coming home with some! You can always ask your steward for more.

All of us have shorter hair, so hair dryer worked. It wouldn't take that much room to throw a hair dryer in if you have longer or thicker hair.

I would recommend bringing conditioner. I had trouble getting a comb through my hair after using the shampoo/conditioner that they provide. The hair dryer is not very powerful either.

The hair dryer was fine but the shampoo/ conditioner combo was not that great. It left my hair like straw! Conditioner was the first thing on my packing list the second cruise!!

Next trip I will leave my hair dryer at home and I'll leave my shampoo at home, but I'll take my own hair conditioner. The shampoo/conditioner offered was okay as a shampoo but not that great as a conditioner. The Minnie lotion was really nice and I won't pack any body lotion from home either!
