HOW TO ENTER: To enter, access the online entry form found at www.DisneyPrincessEnchantedTales.com/sweeps. Complete the entry form and then click on submit. Information required on the entry form consists of your first name, last name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, email address and date of birth. Disputes/Choice of Law: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that this Contest shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in Los Angeles, California (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation lost profits may be awarded (collectively, "Special Damages"), and (4) entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased.
3. By participating, entrants release and agree to hold harmless Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc., Disney Enterprises, Inc., Archway Marketing Services, Inc., their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and the directors, officers, employees and agencies of any of the above entities from any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize or participation in the Sweepstakes.

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, winner agrees that Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc. and its related and affiliated companies may use the winners name, address (city, state), photograph, videotape, likeness, and/or prize information for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes and to the use of statements made by or attributed to winner relating to Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc., its related and affiliated companies or to this Sweepstakes and grants to Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc. and its related and affiliated companies any and all rights to said use without further notice and/or compensation except where prohibited by law.
5. For Québec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcohols, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
6. No prize transfer or cash substitutes allowed except at Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc.s sole discretion due to prize unavailability for any reason and only then for prize of equal or greater value.
