Disney princess b-day T-shirt request, please

Hi,
I have been searching for a birthday t-shirt design for my daughter who will turn 5 in October during our trip to DLR. I haven't found exactly what I'm looking for - maybe I've missed some great DISigns?!

I would like a disney princess design with pink/lavendar colors in it somehow (to match a tutu skirt I've already bought) with text that reads "It's my Birthday!" the number 5, and her name - Sophie. It will go on a white t-shirt. Does anyone have anything like that? Or would someone be willing to create a DISign?
