Disney Premier credit card offers 2X points for....

groceries, restaurants, and gas (IF they are within their code- I know).
My question is this: If I make a payment to The Walt Disney Co. for an upcoming trip, is that 2X pts as well, or do I have to buy Disney GCs at the "grocery store" to get the 2X?

YES! 2x points when you pay Walt Disney Co. You can also buy Gift cards at grocery store since its also 2% there.

You also get 6 month 0% when paying disney vacation packages.
But you might want to look at other threads on here and see if there are better ways to get more for your money.

You can also buy gift cards on target with red card and get 5% off. Or do the BB deal and get $6 per every $50 plus the points on which ever card you use.

I was thinking I needed to pay off my balance and wanted the pts before the trip to put on the Rewards Card.

The BB deal is great. Up until about one week ago you could get as many cards in one day. Now it is one per day. I would head over to the Swagbucks thread or Disney Gift CArd Deals thread

Yes Swagbucks gives you a $5 bonus plus 2 points per dollar also. for every $50 purchase at BB. I pay with a credit card that gives me the best bonus per category and I also get BB rewards.
