Disney plus *other* parks?

I know this is a forum for Disney parks but since Disney World is right next to Orlando I guess this post is appropriate.

Anyone been to Discovery Cove?

If so can you tell me about your experience. I want to take my family (3 of us, my daughter is 6 and can swim). Is the dolphin swim a good buy at $100 extra?

It seems like a very nice place to go even though it's expensive but I would like to hear from someone that's been.
