Disney plans without dragging around a planner

I have my ADRs and FP+ in my calendar along with park open and close times. That's enough of a plan for us. Here is next Monday...

Laminated Spreadsheet - 1 sheet of paper, front and back. That's what we use.

I like having paper. It doesn't require wi-fi or good cell connection to look at. :)
Exactly!!! This worked great for us........however we didn't have nearly as much information as the OP did......I write down the must do's, FP's, and ADR's thats about it. Our flow through the park is dictated by those things, combined together.

From the weeks to months planning ahead of time I don't need anything to look at once trip begins. I freakishly remember schedule very well.

My family members on the other hand will use just one double sided piece of paper with full schedule of ADRs, FP+, Fireworks/parades, park hours on it for each day.

I keep a small notebook with our plans on it, reservation numbers, must dos, FP times, souvenir lists, and all that good stuff. I don't do anything super detailed. Just something generic so I have a plan. If you want to use your phone, if you can, make a dedicated folder in your gallery. Screenshot any important information like a schedule, reservations, etc. and put it in that folder. That way you don't have to scroll through one large gallery of pictures and you won't have to worry about connecting to the internet. It's all in one folder.

I bought a Disney Passporter book several years ago. It's horribly outdated now but they have a nice folder system in the back. I keep my printed daily plans in each folder and every day I pull out the next day's plans and stick it in my back pocket. I think if you go on the Passporter site you might be able to get the folders without having to buy a whole book. Or just check it out and make your own. It's very convenient.

I use these fantastic new inventions:
1. a pen.
2. index card.
3. my pocket.
4. any absolutely necessary printouts in my pocket, any that might be necessary in my backpack in a locker

Index cards usually, this year I found a cute little Minnie notebook at the Dollar Tree. I do like some of the cell phone ideas, but guess I'm *almost* too old because I like having paper to look at and a pen to write notes with-I can write quicker than I can type on my phone.

My DW uses an Excel spreadsheet that she makes and prints off before we head to WDW. She highlights the days in different colors and we take a picture of it to have on our cell phones. She also tapes it to the back of the resort room door so we look at it before we leave the room daily. It's a pretty efficient way to keep up with everything we have planned. Hasn't failed us yet. :)

I also use the Touring Plans.com app, Lines. DH has my password, so that he can view the plans on his phone too. I also print out each day's plan, because the web view of the plan has some info not on the plan screen in the app. Plus, sometimes the wifi or data network is really slow, and I don't want to be stuck if I can't access something.
