I love Disney and I love DC, but I don't think the two are a good marriage at all.

I guess i'm in the minority, I love both Disney and Washington so I would enjoy spending a few days there relaxing after a busy time in Orlando

think there thinking that the best groth option is mini themed resorts and not big parks.would expect more of this as they look to expand in a tight economy

After spending 5 days in DC last week it is somewhere we will definitely be visiting again and if Disney comes into the equation then even better.

I love DC too and if Disney built a resort I would consider staying there too. DC has a lot of cultural things to offer. I have relatives there but wouldn't consider staying with them ;-).
