Disney planning video

Hi all it's been a while but looking for a bit of help.

I've been on the WDW site looking at the holiday planning videos and have tried to get it emailed to avoid having to repeatedly fill all my details in, anyway I've tried a few times but have not received an email.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there something I'm not doing right?

Any help would be great

not worked for me either and believe me I have tried it LOTS and LOTS Luckily I still have loads of the old DVD's that they used to send.

I just gave it a try and as you both experienced, no email. However, not sure if you have a Facebook account, but I tried the link to post to Facebook and that worked. Don't know if that's any help to you

Definitely not just you - I have several email addresses and tried sending it to all of them but no joy. Even tried changing browser and it's not that either so other than Facebook I'm out of options

Just thinking, how sneaky of Disney ... you don't get to see your video unless you share it and advertise for them

I have just done it again and this time when the planning video was complete I copied the link from the web site then pasted it into an email that I then sent to myself..worked a treat and have now saved my email in my 2012 Disney folder...
