Disney Planning DVD

Hello everyone!

Not long discovered this website and I am already obsessed!

I have booked to go to Disney World next year and I have ordered the brochure and the little planning booklet but I can't order the planning DVD because it says it is only for people in the USA and Canada! I am registered on the disneyworld.co.uk website so I don't know if I am doing something wrong or it just isn't available to us? Does anybody know?

I was really looking forwards to watching it

I have also had the same problem, also with the personilsed maps, guess americans get perks for staying in same country!

The little booklet is great. Make the video online - you customise it to suit your interests and you can watch it over and over again.

At least it wasn't just me then

I find it very frustrating that we can pay thousands of pounds to book a package holiday through Disney but they can't provide the same perks that other people get! Oh well still very excited and I've got the internet to spend hours and hours looking at Disney stuff instead

that is very odd as we ordered ours about this time last year and it came with a DVD, however I had noticed it was pretty much the same one as we had ordered a couple years before so I think it's probably being updated as it was a little out of date.

Might be worth checking other tour operators website for DVDs like First Choice or Thomas Cook, think I got one from them before. Hope you get one soon!

If you know someone with it, they may be able to convert it to online video format and send it to you..
