Disney Planner hasn't contacted us yet

My daughter filled in the request to have a Disney wedding planner contact her. She got a message saying it would take up to 72 hours for a response. That was Monday morning and we still haven't heard from them. It also said not to fill in a 2nd request but we're ready to talk to someone and get this booked. Any suggestions?

Thank you! We did and they're having someone contact us. They had her name in the system but no details. They apologized for computer issues. It happens so we will TRY to be patient lol.

We will be. We're not impatient types but just overly excited and are keeping fingers crossed we can get the venue at least around the date she'd like. We realize we have to be flexible. And of course the people going want to know what date so they can take off work, make travel plans etc.

I remember that time very well, and excitement is definitely normal. What I meant is that with Disney, they don't really accelerate their timetable - it is what it is. So be patient and enjoy the time planning, because rushing the ought it won't move Disney along quicker. (For example, when we did our room block- I did it light in fast and sent it back to our consultant within 24 hours - but we still go our contract 1 year out to the day of our wedding). That was probably the most challenging part of planing for me. Adapting to someone else's timelines. But it was more than worth it. :)
 
Thank you so much to people who responded and made me feel better. It all worked out. Our daughter got Seabreeze Point on Dec. 1st which is our son's 21st birthday, at 5 p.m. So excited!
