Disney Plan Question????

I reccently received packet in the mail for our upcoming trip. It says everything marked with an * next to it you receive when you check in to the resort. Well one item of particular concearn did not have an * next to it and was not included in the packet. That was our wishes (coupon like I am assuming).
So for all you vetran package users: When do you receive your wishes? Is it upon arrival to the resort? Or do I need to phone Disney and say hey you left out something?

It should be apart of your package. We received our intinerary for next year at the Poly and we had a * next to our wishes. Don't panic, but call Disney when you get a chance!!!

I called Disney and they said my wishes vouchers should not be in the packet and that I will receive them when I check in to the hotel. I have vouchers for fireworks viewing just no wishes. The packet on the guest itineary really reads anything without an * next to it should be in your packet. And next to 2 Magical Wishes Feature there is no *.
Shoul I just assume the Disney reservationist knows what she is saying? I guess if she is wrong as long as they can get me situated with them before my PS at California Grill I will be ok!!

Your wishes are put on your room card when you check in. You don't actually get coupons.

I would get a 2nd opinion or maybe a 3rd. Call again and if you get the same info from someone else then you should be OK.

Yes, there should be a * next to magical wishes feature but it sounds like they made a mistake. What plan are you using? I used the Silver Plan last year.

We are doing the Silver Plan. I think they in fact did make a ****oo so to speak on the reservation confirmation. I was put on hold a bit when I called. But someone above mentioned your wishes are on your room key as opposed to your voucher. So now I know I shouldn't be expecting some type of voucher and yes in fact my confirmation was missing the * but now it is fixed!!!

Yippie!!!! I want to leave now!!!

Is Disney going to send you a confirmation in the mail that they made the correction? I sure hope so. Good thing you called again! We have the Gold Plan and I checked it over and over again because this topic came up. LOL! Never can be too sure.

lol...boo boo isn't a bad word, but maybe **** is.

You might have typed boo boo as one word, ie ****oo and they exed out the **** portion. Or maybe you mistakenly typed boo boo as **** oo and then it got exed out

I guess we'll find out when I send this response, won't we.

Seriously. I didn't know anything ever was exed out...I thought y'all were putting those asterisks in yourselves! If there truely is an "asterisk exing out function" I will have learned something new today!

Why do you need a voucher or coupon for wishes?

You don't...the original poster thought because there wasn't a * next to Wishes in the intinerary that was sent that maybe it will come in the mail as a voucher of some type. I suggested to make a call to Disney to straighten out the confusion because in my intinerary there is a * next to Wishes and to date everything is cleared up with the poster.
