Disney plan question

Okay bear with me

I'm going with my family to Disney in June. One reservation is me, my mom and my dad. the second is my sister and her 2 kids (under 3). my dad wants to get the dining plan for the 3 of us (not my sister's group), but he and my mom might not eat all of the meals ( and as much as I would love to, I'd like to walk not roll out of of there at the end of the vacation!)

Would my sister be able to use some of those meals for herself if my mom/dad didn't eat a few of them?
