Ok, so I'm heading out to Disney World in TWO WEEKS!

This is my pin trading plan and I need some help from regular pin traders!

Here is my group:
Me: Awesome Uncle
Nephew: 21
Nephew: 13
Neice: 10

I've been stockpiling trader pins for the past couple months and I'm going to give them to my niece and nephews for trading. What I'd like to do is have them search for hidden mickey lanyard only sets. So here is my question. Is there a website that lists all the hidden mickey lanyard series pins somewhere? And if so can any one tell me which sets are the easiest to find our put together. I thought it would be fun to have them searching for certain sets that are easier to get so it isn't frustrating for them. Last year when I went my partner and I traded for the pirate disney babies (cuties I think they're called???) Anyhow, it was a blast looking for them and it was actually a 'do-able' series. I know they're not hidden mickey sets, but you get my drift. Any suggestions? Websites? Ideas? Thanks bunches!

I ran a search for you on www.pinpics.com I couldn't get a link to work, so I'll tell you how to do a serarch. On the main page, click on Browse Pins. Next, Search the Pin Database (2nd choice). After that, check off Disney Pins. Then, limit your search to Walt Disney World pins (check the box). On the blank space on the bottom, type in hidden mickey lanyard. You should then get a three page list. If you click on the box on the top right of the page, it will display pictures of the pins. Click on the pic and it will give you further info on the pin.

Hope this helps!

Kewl! Does anyone know which sets are currently easy to get at the parks?

There are pdf files that disney has on the official disney pin trading page of the hidden mickey pins. I printed them out then each night when I got back to the hotel I would check off the ones I had found ... let me see if I can find the links...

The 2008 series are the easiest to find - mainly the teddy bears and figment when I was there in May - watch for cast members just coming on to stage their lanyards will be loaded with hidden mickey pins - best trading I had was at the contemporary resort gift shops. They also have pin boards there that you can trade off of too you just have to ask them to bring out the boards. Here's more info on the pin boards:
