If you know the specific percentage off for particular resorts or if it's free dining, you can easily figure it out using the online booking feature and a calculator, though. It's more iffy if it's "up to X% off" instead of a straight 30% or whatever off of a room.

Actually, that is not true. [about check for pin rate, not that the spring is better or worse - that all depends upon where you want to stay]
You can plug in your PIN code. It will then ask you for your last name and zip code. It will pop up with your address to verify and then it will take you the reservation screen to check for availability.

The snail mail gives you that address, the emails used to have a link for you to click.
The above poster is correct. I just received a PIN code in the mail, and was able to book it online. I could also check different resort's rates with the code to see what was available for my code.
