Other than calling up The World Of Disney directly does any one know where I can find the Disney Pin Three Ring Binder online to purchase?

It doesn't look like it's being offered on the DisneyStore.com, so mail order from Disney World/Disneyland is probably your best bet if you want to buy it directly from Disney. You might try calling your local Disney Store to see if they carry it. Otherwise, I think you'll have to deal with the second-hand/re-seller market.
