About every half hour, a special song gets played and all the characters and diners grab their napkins and twirl them above their heads. It's really fun. I also think that is the time that the birthday cupcakes are delivered to those celebrating their birthdays. It's always a fun time at Chef Mickey. Even my 14 year old boy who thinks he's way too old for characters loves it there.

Thanks for answering that for me. We are going in november, it will be our first stay onsite and our first visit to a WDW table service restaurant. Only ever had counter service before. Like to be prepared since i will be taking my 16 yr old brother who will probably refuse to do such things as twirl napkins and get character pictures taken.

I plan to have him converted though
