I love photos from Disneyland too! If you get any of the new Monsters, Inc. ride that would be super! It wasn't there when we went a couple of years ago. We love Disneyland, it is just too far away for us to visit very often.

question on taking photos of cast members. I LOVE to see them. Just LOVE to. Dan Murphy has a GREAT collection of this theme. Question: How does one approach a CM? Simply ask: "Do you mind if I take your photo?"
what else do you do? I would LOVE to do this .....

I just ask them. I have several over the years. When I ask they seemed surprised to be asked but they also seemed to like it. I'm at my DS's computer in Dallas but will be home tomorrow. I'll try to remind myself to post a couple of my CM pictures.
