Disney Photopass

Quick question for any of you who have pre-paid for a Disney Photo CD and Photo book. Do you typically still need to pay a shipping charge once you create your photo book? I didn't even think about that before I made my book, and was surprised to see a $16.00 shipping charge when I went to check out. Does Disney ever offer a free or even a discounted shipping code? I'm so excited to see how the book will turn out, but before I complete my check-out I thought I would check if any fellow dis-members knew of a deal.
