Disney Photopass contact info?

Does anyone know if Photopass has an actual number to call instead of through email?

My mom filled out the form to have a picture re-done. She mailed it on Dec 7 and we still have not heard. I sent them an email 2 weeks ago asking for status and still have not received a response. No generic email saying they got my initial email or any status info. This is starting to get frustrating. Our pictures are up on the site until the end of this month (even though we went back in October).

There's no phone number, unfortunately. I have found them horrible to deal with and very non-responsive. Bombard them with emails...I had to. I finally got a response on 1/9 to an email I sent on 12/29 (followed by daily, sometimes twice dail emails). They totally bungled my Christmas card order and as a result, I still have no cards and have to get them elsewhere now. I paid $140 for Xmas cards and they came AFTER Christmas, and when they arrived, the area where they print the message you order, was BLANK...

Very disgusted...their customer service is beyond awful. Good luck...again, don't give up...continue to bombard them with emails...

Thanks for the response. Looks like DH and I are not going to order any of our pictures from them if the customer service is this bad. They should have a phone number, not having one is not good.
