I just wanted to take a moment and tell everyone what an excellent job Disney Photography did for our wedding, Bridal shoot & "Trash the Dress".
Disney Photography has gotten some mixed reviews here on the Boards, but the work they did for us was excellent. We just received our Albums and WOW! They are beautiful, white leather, with gold stars and Disney Wedding labeling; the photos are amazing quality and placed onto thick pages-bound. Trully great work! We also have the cd.
Our Photographer for all three shoots was Stephanie and our Planner was Kathleen Reynolds.
So any of you who have concerns, don't-you will be in good hands!!!:cool1:

Lovely photos -- and it's so nice to hear good reviews of DPS, since we'll be using them later this year! :thumbsup2

just lovely!!!!! what a gorgeous day and you look great! your hair is so pretty!!! thank you for sharing!!!!

Wow, your pictures are so beautiful. You guys looked like you had such a wonderful, fun time!! When did you get married? Did you do a planning journal or a trip report? I would love to read more about your special day!

Thanks
Brooke

Wow! Those look amazing!!! You looked beautiful. And I LOVE the trash the dress pics!!!

Hello,

What beautiful shots of your wedding!

I'm assuming you had an Escape wedding. Is the album that comes with the photography package the one you described in your thread because I have always wondered how the album looked like?

Also, did you do any add-ons with the photography, or just had the package that comes with an Escape wedding?

We were married on 10-10-10 at EPCOT/Canada. We did not do a PJ, simply because we didn't do a whole bunch of extra stuff, as we were an Escape Wedding. We stayed at AKL-Club Level-excellent. Had our Welcome Party at Raglan Road in DTD=highly recommend. Had our "Rehersal Dinner" on Saturday night at Wolfgang Puck's DTD = very good and great price! Lunch after ceremony was at Le Cellier!!!! I can give more information as folks would like to ask.

As for the photos we upgraded to the Cinderella C package for the Wedding Day. The EPCOT Bridal shoot was upgraded to the Jasmine and the Trash the Dress was upgraded to the Jasmine, also. Trash the Dress was at Typhoon Lagoon and was the most fun we have had-ever!!! Just watch out for the wave when they turn on the pool. It will really move you!
So I do not know what the albums look like for the basic package, but I believe they would be the same-you do have the option for black, modern covers, but we stuck with the wedding white. The Jasmine upgrades give you more photos in the albums, but you get the cd with all your photos, so you can make your own album if you wish. The Jasmine upgrades were only an additional $125.00 at the time, so for us it was a good option.

Thank you for sharing all your pictures. You did so much for an Escape Wedding. You looked beautiful and I loved your flowers and dress! Everything was very pretty. :cutie:

Thanks for clarifying that for me about the photography options.

May I also ask how your experience was like at Wolfgang Puck's? We will be having our lunch reception there.

Thanks again.

What lovely photos!!! You looked stunning!!! It's lovely to see positive reviews of DPS as they have had a bit of bad press recently.
Love the TTD pictures!! We will be doing a TTD with Randy a few days after our VR in May, and I wanted to ask whether you had hair/make-up done for this session. I must admit, I am reluctant to pay out again, only to have it all washed off by the water and sand!!! I was thinking of managing myself but buying some good waterproof make-up (especially mascara!!!). I would love to know what you (and others) think!!!

Wolfgang Puck was great! I lived just around the corner from DTD for several years so I ate there regularly. However, their Event Staff was really good. We had 15 adults and two children (ordered off menu). Menu as follows: Passed appetizers- 3 different selections
Soup or Salad
Main Entree - Meatloaf, Butternut Squash Pasta or Macadamia nut Chicken Breast (which was the best of all three)
Desserts order off menu
All non-alcoholic beverages
Including the Service Charge total came to $1100.00 oh and we had custom keepsake menus.

They have several different event options and I would highly recommend them-they also run Portabello's-another good choice.

Hope this helps.

Funny-I debated the same issue. In the end I just decided to have the Stylist come one more morning and am soooooo glad that I did. I used Tiffany who owns Professional Elegance and cannot say enough great things about her. The prices were amazing and the work perfect! Other than the hair getting soaked, the make up lasted all day after the water, amazing. I had lash extensions done prior to the wedding so it was only my bottom lashes that needed mascara and for the wedding day and the other shoots I used it.
So I would say to cut down on stress and know that all will be "perfect" on the day of the Trash the Dress go ahead and spend the extra for your hair & make up-these will be photos that you will be able to look back on when you are rocking in your chair, saggy & wrinkly someday, thinking "Darn, I looked GREAT!":thumbsup2

Unfortuately, I am saggy and wrinkly already!!!!
Do you have a contact/link to Tiffany?
Thanks so much
