Disney Phones - Great Deal

I ordered on Saturday and got mine on Tuesday! Wow! I'm impressed. We already have one, but having a couple of backups is never a bad thing!

I ordered the phones on Monday and received an email stating that they have been mailed witht he link to UPS, but there isn't a tracking number.

To those of you who ordered and received the "sorry, here's a 10% discount offer" which set of phones did you order? Just curious, I think the two Princess phones and the one each set were probably a big seller. I ordered the two Mickey phones. Hopefully they will arrive as stated.

I ordered the set with 1 mickey and 1 princess. I didn't order until Monday morning and my shipment is expected at my house tomorrow. I feel so bad for everyone whose orders were canceled.

I'm hoping the fact that our emails don't have tracking numbers is just a glitch and not a sign of a problem. From reading everyone's posts, it doesn't appear that when an order was placed necessarily means anything as some who ordered on Sunday won't be receiving their order.

I receivied only one email with a UPS tracking number, and my phones are on the way. I would say if you didn't receive a tracking number than you probably missed out.

Same here. I just came to post the same thing. After reading about so many people's cancellations, I figured that us getting the phones was not meant to be. I had checked my Credit Card and as of early this AM, I had not been charged yet (I will have to go look now). Then I got this e-mail - without any tracking numbers. Now I am confused.

At this point I feel, if we do get them, it will be a bonus.

Good news, I just got off of the phone with Motorola. I received an email stating that my phones had been shipped, but wasn't given a UPS tracking number. The customer service rep was able to track down that number for me and I was able to track it through UPS.

Looks like I should receive mine in the mail today. So if you did receive an email confirmation that your order was shipped, then it looks like you will be getting your order.

Now for the bad news, during my call to Motorola and during the selection process for the correct department, there was a recording that said something like this:

If you are calling in reference to the Disney cordless phone promo, we are sorry but due to the overwhelming response our stock has been depleated and the offer has ended.

If this is the case, not sure why they would begin an email waiting list for future sales. Let's hope it is because they indeed will be offering this again.

Since the website sent duplicate emails confirming orders, I would not worry if an "order shipped" email was missing the tracking number. It appears that the site was overwhelmed with orders and the system could not keep up. I would relax and wait to see if the order shows up. They are being shipped UPS, so they should be received rather quickly.

I ordered on Sunday morning. Tracking said they would be here tomorrow. I got them today.

Sorry for those of you who did not get them. Ebay does have a lot of them for sale bu the prices are $$$$$$$$$$$

Just got home and had a delivery attempt notice on my door from UPS. I guess they require a signature for delivery. Good thing my BF doesn't work on Fridays Otherwise, I don't know what I'd do. They deliver between 10:30-2:00.

Usually, you can call them and arrange to pick it up from their office if you won't be home.

I ordered mine Sunday night, and they were delivered on Wednesday. Only $14 for 2 of the classic phones - what a great deal!

They're very fun to use - I like Mickey singing for my ring tone. Hope those of you still waiting will get yours soon!
