What about those of us that ordered by phone? How will they contact us? My credit card was charged, does that mean that my order will go through? Has anyone that originally had their card charged get that email? Just curious. Thanks.

I still haven't received a notification of shipping or the sold out e-mail. I'll keep my fingers crossed!

Better check your junk e-mail folders. The original e-mails I got from Motorola were in my regular mail box. BUT...the e-mail telling me that they were unable to fill my order ended up in my Junk Mail box. I ordered VERY early on Sunday morning and had gotten e-mails that they were "working on my order", then last night I got the e-mail offering me 10% off other items because they couldn't fulfill the order. Very bad customer service.

UPDATE 8:18 AM:
I just received an e-mail stating my phones were shipped yesterday and it tells me to track at UPS.com, but I can't figure out which of the numbers in my email is the UPS tracking number. Can anyone who also received this e-mail point me in the right direction please? I hope this doesn't mean this e-mail will be followed up by a "We're sorry..." e-mail.

Scroll all the way down below the blue line and click on where it says UPS. This will transfer you to the UPS website. Then, in the tracking number box, enter the 18 digits that are listed after the UPS link in your email. Should be a mix of numbers and letters. Mine are supposed to come today I feel bad celebrating, though. I feel bad for those who didn't get theirs


Actually- clicking on that link will take you directly to your info. No need to put in the tracking number.

On another thread I was told we should see the tracking number at the end of the sentence with the UPS hyperlink (and the hyperlink should work). Since neither of us see this, I'm afraid we may be receiving the "Out of stock" e-mail shortly.

Oh No! That stinks!

Mine does have the tracking number listed right after the UPS link. But why would they send you a confirmation for shipment if they are going to cancel your order???

Thanks for the hug HaleysMom! This was going to be a b-day surprise for DH since we recently got the Mickey TV and DVD player when Circuit City had them on sale and I thought the phones would be a cute addition.

I have a feeling that Motorola is going to be flooded with letters about their 'customer service' or lack thereof. Has anyone written yet? I am getting my phones (I think) and I still feel like writing because of the loops I had to jump through to make sure my order was accurate. I still don't know for sure if I'm getting them either.

I GOT MY PHONES!!!! I ordered them on Monday and they came yesterday morning (the 2nd)...They charged all day, and ready for use..I LOVE THEM!!!

They were in seperate boxes, and they do hook to a regular phone line..the ringers are so cute.

They scared me this morning the phone rang and all I heard was the Bippity Boppity Boo song..LOL Took a second to process in my head what it was!!

I was charged 14.88 on my CC!!
