Ive been on the phone over a hour now. They said the website isn't working and their system is very slow over the phone. They are doing the web only orders over the phone which is making for more problems.
I'll be done in 10 minutes. Good luck to everyone else.

Oh my I still can't get through, but on thier web sight it says free shipping with two items, So I think I will buy two sets get the free shipping and then get the %20 off so it will cost me about $24. I thought there was no tax on internet stuff.

I bought our "Mickey" phone over a year ago at Target on clearence!! I love the phone however, the people I talk to on a regular basis get kind of tired of me hanging up on them!!!! My husband wants to get another phone but I just won't get rid of the Mickey phone.

I run our online store through work. There is tax on items if they have a store in your area or do other business in your area. The rules are funny. But the tax is very small.

Wow! I've been trying for a couple of hours and keep getting timed out. I finally made it to the enter shipping address page, but now that won't go through either! Very frustrating. And when I got back to the shipping information page the second time, it no longer gave nme a space to enter the code for $5 off.

Ugh! I've tried and tried. Everytime I hit add to cart, it keeps telling me to reload over and over again
Then I called their customer support line and I was on hold for 45 minutes and still no one came on. I'm bummed I was hoping to get the phone's for my kids for easter. Oh well...

Once you put a single item in your cart, the message toward the top will say "Add 2 more items to your cart and get FREE ground shipping". So you would have to buy at least 3 sets/items to get the free shipping.

It says on their website that they charge tax as follows:

I just finished ordering mine. Took a total of about 30 minutes. My total for the pair of phones that is one Mickey/ one Princess minus the $5.00 discount (that was better than the 20% when only buying one pair) was $14.60 with tax and s/h.

I guess if you get timed out just refresh your page, that is what I had to do.

I finally get every page to load EXCEPT....add to cart. All I get is an error message. I've been at this for waaay too long, but I'm still determined to take advantage of this offer. I'll give it another hour, then I'm going to try the #800 number!

Well, I just called the 800 number to make sure that my order wasn't processed twice and to see if I could process the $5 off code. I sat on hold for 45 minutes and was then given Paul to speak to who didn't speak English very clearly. He told me that he can't add the code now because it's too late and the order is already ready to ship. Well, I told him that I emailed instantly after I ordered because that is the way the website suggested to contact them. It took 24 hours for them to reply to me with the email that said to call this phone number, which is why I'm calling so much after the fact. He said there was nothing I could do and it was also too late to cancel my order (I was going to cancel and then go re-order with the code.) Oh well, it's only $5- I'm just annoyed that it was their hoop jumping that caused it to be too late. And I ordered the one Mickey and one Princess and I started thinking that it might be annoying to have two different ringers ringing at the same time. If I were able to get the code, I would have ordered another set.

So for those of you who also emailed to see if you could add the code...don't waste your time sitting on hold
