Hi all,
I have been visiting the Disboards forever but just decided to join as I just got a computer for home!
I was wondering if anyone had any idea what the phone system prompts are for...I mean when you call it asks how often you have visited and when the last time you visited was etc. I was wondering if it was just a fact gathering tool for Disney or does it actually direct you to certain reps? For example, if you are a seasoned Disney visitor would you get more experienced reps or less experienced? Would it have anything to do with how pins are distributed,etc.
Overthinking Disney - maybe! but I am just curious...
