We have a dog named Nakoma from Pocahontas. She is a mixed breed that we found and rescued.

I also have a chocolate lab named Snickers. Not Disney, but I would feel bad if I did not mention him.

We have a little Jack Russell named Meeko! We love him!

My dog's real name is Meeko after the raccoon on Pocahontas. I didn't want a typical Disney name or a really girly name. She's a 2 year old Miniature Pinscher. I call her Nubs anyways .

We have a chiwennie named Minnie Mouse. Our daughter ( 2 years old) named her the day we got her - 1 day after we came home from WDW.

We got 2 mini dachshunds on Monday. The girl is Minnie, the kids call her Minnie Mouse or Minnie the Mouth (she's a yapper). The boy is Rex, after Captain Rex from Clone Wars, not really Disney, but ok for Star Wars Weekends. His nickname is Rex the Wreck, and he is.

Our dog is named for something Disney - but you'd really have to be a Disney fan to know it - he's part Black Lab and part Sheep Dog and his name is Kona. Our favorite restaurant on property is Kona Cafe. (we mostly tell people its because he's black like a Kona coffee bean).

Since there was already a chihuahua named Tinker Bell (Paris's dog) we named ours Pixie. Sometimes we call her "Pixie D"!

I don't have a Disney pet personally (my little one is named Lola after an old nickname of mine), but my aunt and uncle have had three poms named after Disney characters. Their breeder names them for her customers so she's the Disney obsessed one. They have had a Flower, Buzz, and a Jane. Not sure on the Jane.. I think the breeder said something about it being a cartoon character and I don't think she meant like Tarzan and Jane but who knows.
