If you don't buy an annual passport, how much money would you be spending on your tickets to
Disneyland and Walt Disney World?
The Premier Passport now costs about $1,630 with sales tax. Based on limited information, it does not sound like a good option for you.
Here's just an example:
A 5-day park WDW park hopper ticket is $527.18.
A 3-day DL park hopper ticket with MaxPass is $360.00. If you do this twice, it will be $720.
So your total spend on individual tickets would be: $1248.18, which is $382.82 less than the cost of a Premier Passport.
I'm not sure how long your DL trips are, but if they're long enough or frequent enough, you might consider buying an DL annual pass. If you can visit within the blockout dates, a DL Deluxe AP is currently $729.
One thing I haven't included in the calculations are the discounts. Free theme park parking. Discounts on merchandise, hotels, and meals. Special access to limited edition collectibles, events, and other perks. Depending on how much you plan to take advantage of these perks, some groups find it worth it to have one person buy an annual pass and share the benefits with everyone. But the value of this varies by person.
