Disney Parks Pet Peeves?

This one has nothing to do with guests, but with the parks-
Disney- “we’ve opened an AP only line so you can breeze through the entry like the VIP you are.”

Oh, actually we will cover up all but 2 tapstiles, making the AP line 6x longer than all the rest.

And then we will let anyone in this line even though it says AP. (And I am not talking about a family with one person not with an ap...I'm talking the family using cast member tickets for the first time and not figuring out how to get the fingerprint and the tickets not working and holding up the line at rope drop for 10 mins)

I hate the new app smart passes. The good rides are always all reserved 30 days in advance. I live in FL and we always made impromptu trips to D World. Not any more. We go there from 10 am to 10 pm and are lucky to get on only a few rides. Waiting in 2 hour long rides for a 3 minute ride is crazy. I have been going to Disney since the 60's in CA, am a big fan and now have a FL resident pass. I am very disappointed in how the parks are run now. People make reservations for a ride and then they never even show up and dont bother to cancel. That means other people dont get a chance to get a fast pass. Disney with all of your brains and high tech knowledge. Surely you can come up with a better system? The old paper fast pass was a lot more efficient then this new app.

I'm sure folks who have to use wheelchairs will disagree.
Doesn't matter. What they are there for is so that handicapped have access. Just like the rest of us, if we go into a rest room and the locations are all being used, we have to wait. Equal access means that they do to. Not ideal, but, designed that way. If people need to use the facilities you cannot tie things up for the occasional user. I'm sure that if a person with the need is waiting, a physically able person is not going to jump in front of them, but, if you are already in there it is legally OK to use. It doesn't say handicapped only... it is listed as handicap accessible.

People I don't know correcting me. I will admit I am extremely bad about calling Disney Springs by its old name Downtown Disney and I still call HS MGM but I have had people stop and correct me when I am talking to my daughter. She knows what I am saying. I had one teenage girl tell me I was wrong and MGM was over at Universal. Almost asked for a map of that one.
