I wanted to congratulate everyone who made it to Round 3. I started to say it individually, but I was afraid to miss someone!

I am hear to cheer you on! Good luck and have fun with the next part of the adventure.

I never received an email, but finally emailed Gary_Jerry and received the "sorry" from him this afternoon.

This group is so great I don't really feel bad. I know those who are chosen for the next round are fabulous and will do a great job.

Here is hoping for 2016!!

To all those who aren't advancing, my heart is breaking for you. I know the feeling very well. With that, we are all in this together. As I continue the journey into round 3, please know what a privilege it has been to be part of this awesome group of talented individuals who share my Disney passion. You guys are amazing. For real. Well, for the overwhelming majority of us, this is our last night to dream about being on the 2015 panel. Was it Marci who coined the phrase "nervocited"? That's pretty much how I'm feeling right now.

My dream has ended...until next year. Pixie dust and heartfelt congratulations to all those that move on to R3!!

I meant to post last night, but got completely sidetracked (kids, working out, etc.), but did want to get on this morning to say that I did not advance to R3. I was bummed when I read the email, but oddly, a little relieved. From reading all of the Twitter posts, everyone seems to know each other, and I think that if I actually made it, I'd be a total outsider! LOL I wish I knew if I came close to making the cut or if I was in the "not even up for consideration" group. After all, we can try to console ourselves as much as we'd like, but there are some of us that no matter how often we apply (or even advance within the rounds), will never be what they're looking for. I know that sounds negative, but it's really not meant to be -- just realistic. I'll more than likely apply again next year -- just wish I knew if I even stood a chance, you know?

Anyhow, I would LOVE to keep the Round 3 listing updated! I will be chEARing all of you on and I'll get working on it now with those who have posted.

I'm out too! Proud that I made it to R2, and hopeful I can have a qualifying trip so I can reapply in 2016. Congrats and best of luck to those of you moving on. We are all hear cheering for you! To those in my boat, take heart. It really stings that it is not our year - take the time to heal, but please come back when you are ready. I'm gonna need moral support to do this again next year!

Right now, interviews are being set up. Not all of us have them scheduled yet, but should by end of today or tomorrow. I believe interviews start tomorrow. As Gary had tweeted, there will be a R4, but not sure what that entails and if there will be cuts between R3 and R4. He had also tweeted in past about final decision on 11/22. All I know is it is all happening FAST, and I'm excited (with some belly flutters, too!).

It's been a tough couple of months for me with losing my Mom recently and I'm thinking that likely dimmed my magic a bit. To my fellow R2'ers whose journey for this year has ended, take heart - you tried and you made it this far. It doesn't mean that you are any less "Disney-fied" than those who made it through; it just means that there are a lot of us passionate Disney peeps to choose from and because we're all so awesome, it's an impossible choice!!

I'm sorry to hear you didn't advance. I remember when you posted about your mom's passing and I just felt like you were going to have some pixie dust this year as far as the panel. I agree with you that there are so many passionate applicants, that it's a tough choice for the review committee.

Congratulations to all those moving on! How exciting for you! Please keep us in the loop for your next adventure.

To everyone who received the "not this year" email -- you have plenty of company. So many of us have been there before and do know exactly how you feel. No one expects to be chosen but everyone hopes to be. It really does hurt. I know we all put our hearts and souls unto the applications. Every year I tell myself that I'll apply, but I won't become emotionally involved. I know you all know it is impossible not to!

What keeps me going is seeing some of the new panelists that were in the "not this year" group with me in years past. If they eventually made it, maybe I can (and you can) too!

Best wishes to all the R3s this year - newbies and veterans alike. I can't help but wish some extra pixie dust on those who have applied since the beginning -- you have been waiting so long-- I hope that this is finally your year!!!

I am awaiting the email to send my contact info. From there, I will get a call to set up my interview. I see some already are set for this Thur, Fri, Sat, and Monday. I am guessing I will be in the latter days of the interviews. Just going to focus on breathing and being myself. (Easier said than done!)

I just wanted to stop in to say I didn't make it to round 3. I'll be chEARing on those who did though. The biggest disappointment is that I won't be able to apply next year. As of now, our next trip isn't until October 2015, which will mean I won't have a qualifying one by round 1.

It was definitely a fun experience applying this year, and look forward to doing it again when I can.
