From now until June 20, 2018 a Florida Resident can purchase a 3-day ticket (with the availability to add a parkhopper for an additional cost) for only $53 a day, plus tax, or a 4-day ticket for only $44 a day, plus tax. This is a great time to pay a low cost for families looking for a start-of-the-summer getaway.

The best part about this deal is that these tickets can be used intermittently from the time of purchase until June 23, 2018, meaning that you don't have to dedicate an entire three days to Disney and pay the extortion rates of both on-property and off-property hotels due to the beginning of summer.

Even though this ticket is expired, the answer is no. A FL resident cannot purchase a ticket for someone out of state. They are going to ask ID of those old enough to have one to prove residency.
