Is it possible to drop off a family member at the front of the TTC and then park my car? I don't mind paying for preferred parking, but my mom has neck and back issues, so I'd prefer to limit her walking and get her to the TTC as close as possible. We will rent an ECV once we're in the park.

There is a dropoff lane which is separate from the parking entrance. However after dropping her off you would have to circle back and re-enter via the parking entrance so she might be waiting for a good while.

You can try requesting to use the medical overflow lot. This does not require handicap placard. Let the parking attendants know your mom is currently having mobility issues and would like to rent an ECV in park. If they can accommodate you that day, they will. Follow the blue line near the curb usually on the right. That will get you into the area.

If that doesn’t work out there is a drop off located closer to the front.
eta- or you can pay to upgrade to preferred if you like. That gets all of you closer no questions asked.

Very good point. The current layout of the roads to-from the MK parking is such that after you drop her at the TTC you'll then need to drive the rest of the way down Seven Seas Drive, turn left on Floridian Way and follow that road all the way past the Car Care Center, down World Drive about a mile until you reach the turnaround. At that point you can then proceed back up World Drive to the parking toll structures and onward to actually park the car.
