Disney Park shoppers

Not sure if this is the correct forum, but does anyone have any info on the people who can buy something for you when you're not in Disney? Is there any way to call any of the stores to ask them to hold something?

Yes, I desperately want the new D&B Cinderella Satchel. It went from being available everywhere including online to only In-Store and there are 3 stores available on the map. I'll be there Friday and I can go get it then, but I'm afraid they'll be all sold out by then. I saved up gift cards and D&B finally came out with a bag that I fell in love with
