When I saw this on the blog, I just scanned it hoping until I saw that it cleary says they won't be taking anyone on the ride.

Sounds more like a press preview for non press. Might be great for some locals.

I know I would enter if I was local...but without the ride def not worth the trip...unless they want to buy my plane tickets LOL

Thanks for the bump disneylandkitkat. I've been so swamped at work by computer viruses that I hadn't seen or heard anything about it. I'll pop over and check it out.

Who else entered.... :cool1::cool1::cool1:

I did...but was it an extra blonde moment or was there no time? It sounds interesting. I know Cast previews for Star Tours are that following weekend, so expect Mermaid to follow. I'm more excited about this than ST... :yay:

one more day... im more excited about little mermaid then star tours... i guess thats why they make cholate and vanella. :lmao:

Well I guess I won. I just received an e-mail saying I could attend. Now the question is, do I? Is there a chance they'll let us preview the ride or is that not really a possibility?

I doubt it because so clearly it states that you won't visit or ride the attraction.

If you could wouldn't they say so in order to gather more media attention?

I was thinking maybe they were playing it down so as not to get inundated with people wanting to ride it early or raise hopes too high for those attending. I would be so disappointed if I went and it turned out to be people talking for 2 hours and nothing else. I could just watch that on Youtube and save gas and parking fees. I'm thinking maybe that I'll skip it unless I hear something different about it.

Cast previews start May 20, so I'd go with not a good chance of visiting the attraction.
