Hi there everyone! I have been on these boards years ago when planning Disney trips for my kids...they are all grown up now :) I am a single mom now so have not thought of going to Disney again.

But this year my boss gave me a bonus which was a trip to Paris in February for my whole family! Hotel and flight included!

I am hoping our gang will go to Disneyland in Paris one day. It's February and I know it will be cold but we could not go there and not see Disney! Any idea of where to buy the passes or any other important info I should know? Thanks for any help you can give :)

Wow!
What an awesome boss!!
I am also planning a family trip to DLP. From disney.com, look at the top for parks & travel, other destinations, then DLP.
By default it goes to English for the UK which gives prices in GBP but click at the top to change it to the USA in $US.
From what I read in the Paris Disboards it doesnt matter whcih country you book under but first see what is a better deal. I have compared exhange rates to pay in GBP, euro, and USD and the American website was still cheaper. You may want to look into getting a credit card that does not charge fees for international use if you don't already have one. My SWA card from Chase charges 3% but last summer we got the Chase Sapphire Preferred card (with 50,000 pt bonus) that doesn't charge fees and we earn double points on all charges for travel and dining.
If you don't care about cc rewards, Capital One Venture has no annual fee and no fees for international use.
Have fun planning!

We booked a few weeks ago and the Netherlands website was the cheapest. I'd check them all before booking.

So to book through Netherlands website, you would enter your normal street address and use Netherlands for your country of residence? They really never mail anything to us?
Do we use our MDE account at all? We have cruised DCL many times so they know a LOT about us; have all of our passport numbers, etc. It's seems strange that they wouldn't "know" who we are.

I just checked my dates. To book using Netherlands as my country, our stay is 1646 Eur. With the current conversion rate on google, that comes to $1720.67.
To book using the USA website, it's $1900.

So I'm assuming you can't read your email confirmation? lol I wonder what they say when you show up speaking English and they see you're from the US.

When is your stay? The 2 days free special has to be booked by Feb 6 so that's my deadline to decide.

The Italian website is cheaper than the Netherlands for my dates. Only $1530.
I had 3 yrs of Italian in HS so at least I can recognize a lot of the words. ;)

ETA: Ooops! My bad. I accidentally entered 2 adults instead of 3 when I searched the Italian site. (Ds is 19 now.)
When I search using the same criteria, the Italian and Netherlands sites were the same price.

I don't know if it would cost you anything to cancel, but for my dates I'm getting the same prices when I choose Canada as my country as the Netherlands. It's still listed in Euros but at least it's in English.
I also found a great price on Orbitz.com which allowed me to apply a 15% off promo code but one can only book standard rooms through them. It included half board meal plan and tickets so it was great to have the discounts apply to those items as well but we really need the extra large rooms that are only offered with Compass Club. I have 2 older teen boys and it would be very "cozy" in a standard room with 2 double beds. Having DLP at the end of our trip, we would even more appreciate a little extra space to spread out.

Have fun planning everyone! :)
