The simple answer is unfortunately, not really, if you want to be front row.
I believe there may be a few benches set back on some porches in Frontierland but there will be people standing closer which will obstruct some of the view.
There are benches in Liberty Square (in front of HOP), and benches in Town Square (by the Flagpole), but they are a few feet back from the rope. So you would run the chance of people standing in front of you
No but in many cases if a group chooses to sit at the curb then other Guests that are trying to cross the "Street" don't bother with the marked crosswalks with tape. They try to step over the sitting guests and then want to stand behind the sitting group at the curb for some dumb reason.
The benches tend to be back against buildings and people tend to use the walkways to get around the parade with parade watchers standing behind those sitting in front. If you don’t want to stand and don’t want people standing in front of you, I suggest getting there early and sitting on the curb or on the ground in front of the taped walkways.

Thanks. I don't mind standing, but if they allow the front row to stay seated, I'll try to get there early enough to stand in the second row, behind the people who are seated. I just wanted to make sure that they don't come by before the parade starts and ask everyone to stand.

In WDW, it's always best to ask the people in front of you if they plan on standing for the parade. This way, you don't get disappointed if they do stand and obstruct your view.

I really haven’t found any and I have been plenty of times. There are seating areas in the restaurant areas further back but nowhere close unfortunately
