Disney owned restaurants at Epcot resorts

We're going to be staying at an Epcot area resort (YC) for the first time. As anybody who's been around the allergy threads on this board knows, I try to stick exclusively to Disney owned and operated restaurants due to our complex list of allergies. Unfortunately I don't know which of restaurants around Crescent Lake are owned by Disney. Does anybody have a list?

I have read great allergy reviews of Kouzzina as well so I am considering that too even though it is not owned by Disney.

I know that in DHS all of the TS restaurants are owned by Disney and that at Epcot I've limitted us to Garden Grill, LeCellier, Rose and Crown, Biergarten and Akershus which is quite a bit right there (we're getting hoppers so we can easily pop in for a meal). We'd like be able to take advantage of the restaurants by our resort that we wouldn't otherwise travel to. Yes I do know that Tokyo Dining and Teppan Edo have great allergy reputations but I've actually had a chef at Tokyo Dining tell me via email that he fears for DD10's safety if we were to eat there (I'm not positive which of her allergies it was that concerned him but I suspect it was the sesame).

Thank you!!!

I think you're missing the Yachtsmen's Steak House, Captain's Grille, Cape May Cafe, Beachs & Cream, and the Boardwalk Bakery. The only one I've eaten at was the bakery and I was alone with DH. It's menu is way too limited for my allergic DS. There's also the Flying Fish that I'm not sure about. I don't think it's owned by Disney, but maybe I'm wrong???

I had a great time at Teppan Edo with allergies, but I too would caution against eating there with a sesame allergy. Hope you are able to find lots of good places, though!

Thanks everybody for your input!! I booked all of my ADRs. I ended up not scheduling anything at Boardwalk since I wasn't sure of the restaurants and frankly Kouzzina and Flying Fish didn't look they'd offer much that would appeal to my kids. I ended up booking the following ADRs. I'll try to report back after the trip (sometimes I do, sometimes I don't LOL; I never know what my time post-trip will be like).

Epcot: Coral Reef (dinner)
DHS: Sci Fi Dine-In Theatre (lunch), Hollywood Brown Derby (dinner)
Yacht Club: Captain's Grille (breakfast and dinner), Yachtsman Steakhouse (dinner)
Beach Club: Cape May Cafe (breakfast and dinner)

Of these, we've only ever eaten at Coral Reef and Cape May (breakfast). I'm looking forward to trying some new restaurants!!

I know Boardwalk Bakery won't have anything that DD13 can eat (I've spoken with chefs in the past about CS options around Crescent Lake). We likely won't go into Beaches and Cream since it just seems cruel when they'll still only be able to have the same limitted ice cream options they get everywhere else but they'll see all the stuff everybody else gets. If it turns out that we want an extra dinner then I'll consider popping into the Big River Brewing Grille since it looks like there are several easily modifyable options there, but it doesn't look like you can book ADRs there. Does anybody know if this is Disney owned?

If you do decide to try Kouzzinas, we had a good experience with Chef George this morning for breakfast.

I think Big River might be a chain, so perhaps not WDW owned.

I've read really good reviews of Kouzzina but looking at the menu I can't bring myself to go there with the kids. DD13 can't eat eggs and it looked like every single breakfast meal was some kind of egg dish. For dinner, I just don't see my kids enjoying the greek style of food and DD10 definitely wouldn't want fish, even plain. So basically they'd be ordering steaks which I can get elsewhere.

Thanks for the heads up about Big River Grille. I wasn't sure if it's Disney owned or not.
