Disney on Ice Question

I'm posting here because no one has replied to the same question I posted on the budget board.

I found a code for the Disney Princess Wishes on Ice and want to take my sisters and daughter and my mom, but the only seats I can find are listed as
Floor Risers and are right next to the curtain line. Does anyone know if these are good seats? Or are there any bad seats for this show? I'd hate to spend money for horrible seats.

I would think they wouldn't be the best seats, but I would rather sit with not as good seats down below, rather than better viewing seat too high up. You might get some better pics that way - may want high speed film.

I took my niece and nephew to that show when it was in Boston. If you are by the curtain line then you are at the far side of the rink. Remember, however, that the show does not use the entire rink--some of it is blocked off by the set.

Anyway, I do not think that your seats will be bad. If you are on the risers that means you are right in front, and the skaters may wave to your kids as they come on and off the ice. From what I could tell, every seat is unobstructed for this show.

I hope you enjoy the show. My niece and nephew were especially impressed with Ariel and Prince Eric. They did some very impressive lifts.

Are you in DFW? We are going tonight and got Girl Scout tickets. They were only $10.00 each. We are in the lowest row in the higher section so I hope they are OK. We are bringing our binoculars just in case as oldest DD has poor vision even w/ glasses/contacts.

they try to face every direction, but just by being on the side you see the show from a strange angle. I much prefer to be directly across from the curtains
