1 and 1/2 pounds each, injected with a salt water cure, slow-cooked in a smoker for 6 hours!

Never had one myself.

I could never put my finger on why I didn't like the turkey legs. Now I know. It's because they are smoked and they taste like ham and boy I HATE ham!
