I'm glad you bumped this as I meant to post something and forgot. I bought my voucher in February because I thought the 13 month expiration was going to expire. I didn't print out the voucher because it said it I could just show my phone. I looked last week and the voucher is gone. It's not in my account, but says that I can bring in my original receipt, credit card used and my photo ID and they will "find" my AP. I am not planning on a trip right away, but wanted to point that out to people that the ticket voucher may not stay in your account for very long if you are buying now, but not planning on activating it right away.
I'm bumping this thread back up to ask a question...I, too, bought the 13 month AP in February and had planned to use the phone option to redeem it but, like @cruisehopeful, my voucher has disappeared and is giving the same error message.
I just wanted to follow up & see if any other AP purchasers with this same problem had redeemed their AP at the ticket booth and find out a) if they had any problems with the redemption & getting the appropriate number of months applied and b) how much extra time this added to the AP pick up process. Last time I purchased an AP the pick up took roughly 25 minutes, I was wondering if it took a lot longer as I will be redeeming my 13 month AP voucher in the middle of the afternoon in August heat and want to be prepared for a long time period standing in the sun (I am a heart patient and have some heat sensitivities issues, so I like to be prepared, if I know approximately how long it may take, I can plan accordingly).
