The tart is a normal pie crust that is filled with guava jelly. The whole thing is covered in blue EARidescent icing (vanilla-flavored), drizzled with white icing, and topped with colorful, glittery sprinkles. You can get one for $6.49 at the Beach Club Marketplace.

2 More Character Meet-and-Greets are BACK in Disney World!



Over at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you can once again snap some selfies with Minnie Mouse at Red Carpet Dreams.




Another character meet-and-greet that has become available is a “sighting” with Belle at Magic Kingdom. While Enchanted Tales with Belle is temporarily unavailable, guests can visit the Enchanted Tales with Belle area to find Belle herself greeting guests!

ABC and Disney Parks Announce a Flurry of Stars and Magical Surprises for Holiday Specials

Both holiday specials will sparkle with holiday cheer, offering heartwarming moments and exclusive sneak peeks at what’s new around The Walt Disney Company. Viewers can look forward to a sneak peek at Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, opening March 1, 2022, at Walt Disney World Resort; a trip on board the all-new Disney Wish from Disney Cruise Line; and special looks at Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “Encanto” and Steven Spielberg’s new film “West Side Story.” As part of The World’s Most Magical Celebration, commemorating 50 years of Walt Disney World Resort, every touch of holiday magic will be an extra special, EARidescent treat. Several of us on the DIS Camping Forum had a Midwest Meet in Marceline this past Summer. The museum is well worth the visit and seeing the area, including the Disney home, made for a fun weekend. If you are a big Disney fan, definitely make this trip at least once.

Walt Disney World theme parks now sold out for Thanksgiving week

Park Hours Extended For The Holiday Season in Disney World


Magic Kingdom
Magic Kingdom will now be open from 9AM to 10PM(instead of 9PM) on December 11th.


EPCOT
Over in EPCOT, the park will be open 10AM to 10PMinstead of opening at 11AM on November 28th, December 5th-6th, and December 10th-11th.


Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Disney’s Animal Kingdom will open at 8AM instead of 9AM from November 28th through December 2nd. The park will keep its 7PM closing on November 28th and then close at 8PM from November 29th through December 2nd.

Hulu Adds Disney+ and ESPN+ to Subscription, While Raising Their Price

Hulu announced Friday morning that there will be an increase in the price of its live TV subscriptions by $5 a month. They will also be adding Disney+ and ESPN+ to the subscription tier. The price increase starts on December 21, 2021. The streaming service will cost $69.99 per month for the ad-supported subscription and $75.99 per month for the ad-free version.

Disneyland to Test Hybrid Standby and Virtual Queue for Rise of the Resistance

According to Disneyland officials, Rise of the Resistance will test a hybrid standby and virtual queue beginning November 22 (via OC Register).

The ride will open with a standby line to start the day and then move to a virtual queue should wait times soar and a virtual queue be needed. It’s possible that the virtual queue won’t be needed at all.

Guests are encouraged to check the Disneyland app at 7am to see if the virtual queue will be activated prior to park open. If the ride opens with standby and moves to virtual queue later in the day, guests would need to be inside Disneyland to join the virtual queue.
