Hmm.. It isn't bad, but I think I liked the more colorful one they had for Disneyland's 60th more, even though gold is the 50th anniversary metal.

Agreed. I still have that one and I don't like the new WDW 50th enough to change from it.

On another thread, someone reported trying to make payment on phone and cast member said that system was/would be down for major update?

I know the park reservation system is in the process of changing. I went in this morning to change some of my reservations for November, and now, as a Passholder, have to pick if I am taking out of Passholder bucket or resort stay bucket, then have to choose which resort stay. I know that was going to be part of the upcoming changes, so that part seems done.
