I TOTALLY just bought this band - even though I have 2 others waiting to be used for the first time for our November trip! I'll save this one for our March trip!!
I just ordered it, too. Hoping the blue one becomes available on MDE to order before my Dec. trip, also. I haven’t ordered a Magicband since 2014 & when I went in 2018, was surprised my old band was linkable, lol.

Right now I have 2 other new bands which I'll need to wear on the upcoming trip - I just got so excited and kept buying them!!

LOL, I’m going to have to be schooled in wearing 2 bands on my 1 trip. I did foolishly miscalculate how many nights I would want & had to add a room only. I now have 2 resort reservations so that’s a way to link 2 bands, right? Off to read up on using multiple bands on one trip. ::MinnieMo

You can go into your MDE and “manage bands” then you can set as many of your bands as you like to be “active” and the active bands will be linked to your reservations and tickets. So you don’t need to link one per res, you can literally wear one on each wrist if you want.

Thank you! So excited to read this! :tink:

Allegedly you CAN use 2 band on the same trip - as long as they're linked properly...from what I read...

however, the skeptic in me that actually believes I'm going to be able to do it correctly is strong, so I shall bring both bands each day (wear one, have one in my bag) just in case...

since I'm not technological savvy at all..just ask my DH....

I have heard that one key to getting them to both sync up is to make sure they are both in your account and linked to you and to make sure they can both open the resort hotel door....now, if someone was just BSing me, we'll see!

We use multiple bands on trips all the time. We bring back up's in case the kids break theirs or even lose one. It even worked out when we had multiple rooms we could give my mom one of our bands to get in our room also, even though she was on another reservation.

with my 2 new bands that have never been used, but are both linked to my MDE, is there anything special I need to do to make sure I'll get the green light when I scan in at the park??

We haven't been to Disney since 2013, and no clue when we will be back. So this will be my first, and possibly last, MagicBand.

Still wondering if I should wait - in case they offer a pretty Christmas one. As we will be there over Christmas.
