Good morning….. I’m on my way to Disney!!! Woot! Super excited to check in to the Contemporary tomorrow. If anyone wants me to check/look/report on anything while I’m there, I’d be happy to.

If you notice what time the water parade passes by, I would love to know. Also, if boat rentals are available during your visit! Thanks!!

The pageant usually begins its route at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort before moving on to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort past Narcoossee's, then Disney's Wilderness Lodge, followed by Fort Wilderness, Disney's Contemporary Resort, and finally, outside the entrance to Magic Kingdom.
Currently starting 8:40p-9:45p

In Jan we were taking the resort boat back to Poly after MK closed and got caught on the water with the pageant. I loved it! 🥰
Unfortunately the marinas have not reopened for boat rentals yet. Hope it happens soon- it’s a big wish of ours for Sept trip.

Yeah, I was so excited for the possibility of arriving up to an hour early and jumping on rides. However, I'm hoping this is at least a sign that early entry will be restored for resort guests.

This is from a January DPB article:

"Early Theme Park Entry: We know how much guests enjoy extra park time, so coming later this year as part of our 50th anniversary celebration, Disney Resort hotel guests and guests of other select hotels will be able to enjoy more fun with 30-minute early entry to ANY theme park, EVERY day."
Forgot about this and would love to see it start soon! Specifically in about 31 days! 😂

That pic insures we won't be doing any rope drops. FP is a must have for us.
Epcot looks miserable being corralled between black construction walls. You can try entering from Int’l Gateway for a better experience. If you do, remember…
Go left for Frozen ropedrop! 😆
It’s significantly shorter & quicker than going right (even if it doesn’t feel that way).

I have seen reports of it at DHS on other threads. I've not seen/heard anything from AK and MK yet, but definitely keeping my eyes and ears open since we're there in a few short weeks.
We were at AK for open yesterday and there was no rope drop. Just lines at the entry gate and once they opened it was a mad dash back to Pandora.

I just realized that fireworks are coming back in less than two weeks!! I know that they were announced for July 1st, I guess I just lost all sense of time and didn’t realize just how soon July 1st is! I can’t wait to watch the live stream of that :)

But honestly...how the heck is it mid-June already??

I’m still trying to figure out how it has been two weeks since returning home from our last trip. Doesn’t seem that long ago I was counting the months, weeks and days til the start of this vacation.

Exactly! Apparently time just doesn’t exist if we don’t look at it lol

2weeks already? 😞
Time to start planning the next 😁

And if you need an excuse this one’s good:

WDW only gets more expensive. The sooner you go the cheaper it will be 🤣

It passed around 9pm and again at around 9:45. We were in the 6000 part of the garden wing right on Bay Lake.

it sounds like you enjoy it. I remember enjoying it as a kid but it is not as enjoyable when your kids are trying to sleep and it’s blasting the tic tic croc music…

Re: early morning at Epcot and MK. We got to Epcot yesterday at around 10:20. Not too bad on the right side of spaceship earth where they held us until 10:30. We were going to Frozen (agree we should have gone left even though the signs said right for World Showcase). When they released us there were maybe 100 people in total with us, not too crowded. When we got to Frozen at 10:35 we were able to basically walk right on.

This morning we got to MK at around 7:20 (opens at 8). We grabbed Starbucks for breakfast and then headed over to Tomorrowland around 7:35. Not sure if they were holding people or not until 7:30 but we sat down and ate our breakfast and then me and the kids walked right on to Space Mountain around 7:45. We could have gotten right on again with no wait if we wanted, but the kids wanted to do Astro Orbiter instead (which didn’t open until 8AM).

From main entrance or International Gateway? It seems like the line builds towards China, so I thought maybe approaching it from Int'l Gateway to the right might be best.
