For the EPCOT Festival of the Holidays, Spaceship Earth will receive a special holiday lighting composition. Imagineer Zach Riddley provided a first look at the show that will debut tonight at EPCOT.

Santa Claus meet and greet returns this year to the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays


Santa is appearing at The American Adventure pavilion, on the right side near to the gift shop.

Santa Claus will be meeting guests through December 24 2021 daily, starting at 11:45am each day.

Just seems it will go along with the beacon of magic loop. We’ll find out more I guess once it is operating this evening.

If it is on the beacon of magic loop, how long is that loop and when does it start and stop? In other words, does it go off every half hour from 7 till close? We usually are in the back of the park by then but would make a special trip up sometime to see it if we knew when it was.

The beacon of Magic starts around dusk and the show mode of it runs every 15 minutes or so. It also runs post Harmonious until about 30 minutes after EPCOT closes.

Mickey Mouse has moved from the EPCOT main entrance plaza back to his meet and greet space in the Magic Eye Theater in the Imagination Pavilion. To find Mickey, walk to the left of the Imagination Pavilion pyramid and up the ramp to the Magic Eye Theater.

I really hate what they have done to what was once the best Disney park. Between adding all the IP, letting things rot and making it to a year round festival I hate it.
