I'd be interested to hear if you succeed. We're not going until April so it's anybody's guess by that point. If I can't order at Primo Piatto I guess we'll just have to go to Topolino's LOL!

Sounds good! Hopefully they can loosen up some of this by next year. At least make time windows where it's only for resort guests then allow full access the rest of the day.

They're moving to 10, so a step in that direction! Though I haven't minded the later opening because it kinda forces me to relax some since we're usually just non-stop.

It’s a Skyliner resort. They are pretty strict about any of the resorts that can give you easier access to the parks. It’s not new.

Could it be lined to the time of day?

We visited in June and were staying at the Coronado, had no problems mobile ordering for Primo Piatto. Also did the same in February (which was why DD insisted on coming back in June. She fell in love with this QS!)

In Feb, we ordered from the Skyliner on a whim, and in June, we were already on RIviera property and ordered from outside. Neither time was in the morning, all afternoon.

I don’t think they were referring to mobile order only but to the new pop up that says it is only available to Riviera resort guests now. Definitely new as it was still available to anyone to mobile order when we were there in April.View attachment 596475

That's true. We have used the time to have breakfast at the resorts. We do rope drop and don't have time to eat breakfast outside of the parks. However, I would really like to get into Garden Grill for breakfast. I have been craving that cinnamon roll skillet for a while now.
