This month, the Coffee Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookie has returned to Gideon’s Bakehouse. This cookie weighs almost a half pound and is made with a vanilla-based cookie filled and topped with freshly ground espresso beans and toffee, dark chocolates, and a sprinkling of sea salt.

You can also get a slice of Coffee Toffee Vanilla Bean Cake every Wednesday and Saturday here! This is three layers of Vanilla Coffee Bean Cakesmothered in Coffee Buttercream and filled with Toffee pieces.
