TRON Lightcycle Run Plaza to Remain Closed to Guests Without Boarding Group or Individual Lightning Lane

TRON Lightcycle Run is now in a soft opening phase at Magic Kingdom, but that doesn’t mean that you’ll be able to waltz right up to the Upload Conduit or enjoy the kinetic energy of the area. Cast Members are staged outside of the Tomorrowland Launch Depot and preventing guests from entering the TRON Lightcycle Run plaza unless they have a Virtual Queue Boarding Group or have purchased an Individual Lightning Lane.

In order to enter the plaza, guests will have to show their credentials to a Cast Member, who will then let them into the area. This operational choice is the same that was made during preview opportunities.

Marvel Changes Release Dates For Upcoming Shows On Disney+

If you visit Disney+ or the Disney+ originals website, you’ll notice that the release dates for upcoming seasons of Loki and What If…?, as well as the premiere of the highly anticipated event series Secret Invasion have all been altered to say “Coming Soon”. Previously, they teased a more specific window of when fans should expect the series to air. For instance, What If…? was supposed to hit the streamer in “Early 2023.”

Up until a few weeks ago, there were rumors that Secret Invasion would be the first of the Marvel series to hit the streamer this year with some even saying we could see it mid-May. Those expectations seem to be out the window as the future now seems uncertain for all of these series.

NEW: Starting on March 20, Walt Disney World guests purchasing Disney Genie+ will also receive digital downloads of their Disney PhotoPass attraction photos, taken in the park on the day of their purchase, at no additional charge.

Just a reminder this is now active with the purchase of Genie+ in WDW as of today.

My friends and I were just discussing Michael K Williams career on Thursday ... Wire through Lovecraft Country (where's my 2nd season?). My texts were lighting up last night from them with 'now Lance Reddick?' texts :(

Definitely 'not safe for work', but every time I see Cedric Daniels I now think of Lance Reddick's classic Eric Andre Show appearance referencing LeVar Burton ... and Burton's eventual response as Cedric Daniels ... RIP :sad1:
Lovecraft Country was canceled. 🙁

I laughed when I saw the price. That ride is nowhere near worth $20. Guardians is a significantly better ride and it's cheaper too.

The only ride I would pay $20 for is Hagrid's at IoA (not Disney but is also a better ride than Tron).

I would honestly pay $20 for Rise, the ride itself but also for the ability to worry about something else at rope drop. I feel the same way about FoP. Then again I only have 2 people to pay for at most.
