Question: are the holiday overlays only available during the party or would they also be running during the day? I'm guessing Jingle Cruise is all the time but what about the others?

Tomorrowland Speedway will probably have its decor up during the day.

Mad Tea Party, Space Mountain, and Monsters Inc will likely be party exclusive similar to how they were for MNSSHP.

Disney announced on Instagram that a new musical popcorn tin (rather than a plastic bucket) will be available at Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort later this month.

It will be available at popcorn carts in Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort beginning November 11, 2022.

I was thinking the same thing and I'll be there December 11th. Won't be holding my breath.
