I have to keep pressing 2 to stay in the phone queue about every 10 seconds. Is this new?

ETA: Now I get a repeat of "We estimate your call will answered in less than 10 minutes." Over and over immediately. Something is wonky.
Follow Up:

I never pressed 1 to request a call back. I finally gave up after 2 tries where this same thing happened over and over. And guess what? They called me back. Everything got resolved.

We've booked Sunshine Flyer for our return from Pop to MCO in February. Currently have Mears booked to Pop but may change that.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, is it possible to request a quick grocery stop with an Uber? Have never used the service but based on info above may consider it for our trip from the airport.

TIA!

I have, in the past, had the Uber driver take us to Target for a grocery stop and asked if they would be willing to wait so I could rebook them for the trip to the hotel. I tipped in cash for the wait and tipped in the app for the rides. It's not a guarantee the driver will be willing to do this, and you're trusting them not to drive off with your luggage, but it is something you can ask. I would use the grocery stop my town car service offers but we'll be getting in late so I'm doing a grocery delivery via Publix.

You can actually set this up in the app (for Lyft). You can create a two stop ride and the person will be assigned to you for the wait.

Edit: I have done this for a round trip grocery trip at home.

This same thing happened to me probably 2 out of the 5 times I've called Disney in the past few weeks. Seemed like a weird glitch, but I got through to someone MUCH faster when this happened.

But doesn't that have to be a very quick stop? I wouldn't think they would want to wait too long. I suppose if it's just an order pickup it would be fine.

I booked Tiffany Town Car Service of Orlando, it came highly recommended by Dis users and they have good review rates. You also have the option of adding on a grocery stop and they will provide car seats if you need them.
Just to 2nd TTC -we used them for the first time this past November and LOVED them!! Easy to spot them at MCO and we also requested a Publix stop - we were so happy with their service we've already booked them for our upcoming March trip and will use them again later this October!
