Ok so I KNOW that someone can help me figure out this free dining that we are getting for our Sept trip.

I get the whole concept of 1 snack, 1 counter service and 1 sit down meal. However what I am not sure of is which restaraunts require 2 sit down vochures for one meal etc? I have been looking at Crystal Palace, does this require 2?

Also. When not in a park for the day where are the restaurants located that you can use the free meals on?

We only have a 3 day park pass but will be enjoying the Disney area for 6 days. Planning on SeaWorld one day and then relaxing at the hotel another.

Is eating at CRT worth the $$? Can you use free dining plan vochures here?

As you can see I am such a NEWBIE!

Thanks so much for any and all help!!

Here is the link on the Disney website that explains/lists everything. http://adisneyworld.disney.go.com/m...agespecific/eng/nontheme/tickets/07Dining.pdf It lists all participating dining establishments and has a "2" noted for those places that require two 'credits'. To answer your question though, Crystal Palace is only one 'credit'. You can use the dining plan at restaurants in Downtown Disney or at any of the many resorts that host table service meals if not visiting a park. :)

First, you realize you need to make reservations (called ADRs at Disney) right for table service restaurants? Whether the castle is worth it to you is a personal decision. Keep in mind that at dinner there is very little character interaction -- totally different format than breakfast and lunch. This is a hard reservation to get.

Second, the number of credits you have is tied to the number of nights at disney, not the number of days. So if your reservation is for 5 nights -- you get 5 TS credits, snack credits, etc per person over 3.

Go ahead and figure out your touring schedule now and make those reservations -- you can always change them later, but you need a plan. Free dining will make the already busy restaurants busier.
